Drag a CSV file onto the iconbar icon to see it rendered
in a webpage in the same directory. If the CSV file's
name ends in /csv then that will be replaced by /html
in the webpage's name. Otherwise the webpage's name will
be that of the CSV file but with /html appended. A default
CSS file style/css will be copied to the directory containing
the webpage.

Click Select on the iconbar icon to open the directory
!cvs2html.out. This contains the file style/css and a template
file for the webpage.
Click Adjust on the iconbar icon to load the file style/css
into an editor. Edit it to suit your own preferences. Even and
odd rows and, in each kind, even and odd elements of the table
displaying the CSV file, can have their own styles, named row0,
row1 and row0col0, row0col1, row1col0, row1col1.
You will need a browser that can recognize CSS to see these styles.

The records do not have to be of the same length.
Those that fall short are padded out with empty
fields.
